Was the first marketer hired as an experiment for the firm's SouthWest Region. Worked closely with Firm Managing Partners to create and implement a focused revenue and account team planning strategy and model.


The strategy, which was incredibly successful and
significantly impacted the firm's bottom line, led to the hiring of multiple marketing executives across the region: Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, St. Louis and San Francisco. We envisioned and orchestrated various client retention and acquisition programs that generated over $275 million in revenue.

Led team of over 20 consulting professionals in response to
G-P's Request for Proposal (RFP). Multi-week pursuit effort concluded with delivery of 250-plus page proposal and 5-month project plan.

Proposal included Start-up and Preparation Activities, SAP Training, Business Process Design and Pilot, Interface Architecture Design, Development and Rollout Planning, Integration Management, Business Change Management and Project Management.

E&Y won the $60 million contract.

An Evening With General Colin Powell



Orchestrated major national market positioning initiative for Ernst & Young. The Atlanta office hosted one of four events featuring General Colin Powell as guest speaker. This joint program was co-sponsored by the SouthWest Region Global Client Consulting Practice and the Southeast and Atlanta office's Audit & Tax Practice.

We invited Fortune 500 CEOs and their spouses to join us for a special evening - including cocktails, conversation, Gen. Powell's remarks, dinner, dessert (and Cuban cigars) - at The Lionheart, a privately owned mansion in Buckhead, a community north of Atlanta.

Fourteen CEOs and their spouses attended, along with multiple E&Y Partners and their spouses.

These events elevated the firm's national reputation and standing, established and grew relationships with attending CEOs and positively impacted the firm's strategic account planning and sales activities.
